Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the difference in the marker of inflammatory damage and muscle injury induced at the time of energy consumption (200 kcal, 400 kcal, 600 kcal) when exercising at 60% of the maximum oxygen consumption. Nine people were selected as the study subject and the result was processed using One-way ANOVA. First, at the time of energy consumption with 60% of Vo2max exercise intensity, there was a statistically significant difference in all variables between the periods prior to exercise and at each consumption point of kcal (p<.05). Second, in multiple comparison between periods according to the time of energy consumption, there was a statistically significant difference in blood concentration change of White Blood Cells and C-reactive protein at the time of consumption of 200 kcal and 600 kcal(p<.05).Third, in multiple comparison over time according to the time of energy consumption, there was a statistically significant difference in Lactate Dehydrogenase and Creatine Kinase blood concentration change at the time of consumption of 400 kcal and 600 kcal (p<.05). It is considered that exercising at 60% of Vo2max and energy consumption of 400 kcal or less will help reduce inflammation marker and muscle injury marker.
