생산순환에서 산출·산출모형을 통한 “최종산출”의 추계는 왜 필요한가?

초록

산업연관모형의 해가 갖고 있는 연속적 연결의 문제와 OS가 개발한 순승수 개념의 한계를 동시에 해결하기 위하여 산출·산출모형과 산출·산출표가 각각 개발되었다. 이런 연유로 OO모형과 OO표는 IO모형과 IO표가 내포하고 있는 제반 문제점을 보완하기 위하여 개발된 상보적 대안모형이라고 할 수 있다. 최근의 다양한 산출·산출모형에 관한 연구 성과를 바탕으로 하여 본 연구에서는 다음과 같은 구체적인 연구 목적을 설정했다. 첫째, 최종수요, 총산출, 최종산출 사이의 새로운 생산순환체계의 성격과 경제적 함의를 재음미 하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 둘째, 산출·산출모형을 구성하는 중간산출과 최종산출의 새로운 개념을 토대로 다양한 경제분석의 틀을 다시 정립하는 것이다. 셋째, 추계된 부문별 중간산출과 최종산출의 값들을 통하여 한국의 2007년을 기준으로 한 산출·산출표를 작성하고, 이를 활용하여 다양한 경험적 경제분석을 실시하는 것이다. 중요한 분석결과를 살펴보면 광산품, 목재 종이제품 등과 같이 원료 및 소재부문은 고중간산출부문이 되며, 공공행정 및 국방, 건설, 교육 및 보건 등과 같은 서비스 및 건설부문은 고총산출부문으로 각각 분류되고 있다. 따라서 개별 부문에서 중간산출과 최종산출의 상호 관계는 경합적 선택 관계에 놓여 있다고 할 수 있다. 아울러 본 연구는 OO모형을 기반으로 새로운 생산순환체계를 통하여 최종산출의 추계 필요성을 확인하는 데 분석의 초점을 두었다.

Abstract

In 2009, a new “Output-Output(OO) model” and table were originally developed by the author to solve the consecutive connection and overestimation problems naturally together through the circulation system of production derived from the interdependent relationship between final demand, total output, and final output. On the basis of the latest research findings in the literature of Output-Output model, the specific objectives of this paper are summarized as follows. (1) We verify the characteristics and economic interpretations of a new circulation system of production between input-output(IO), output-output(OO), and final demand-final output(FF) models. (2) We establish the various frames of economic analysis, based on the concepts of intermediate and final outputs, through the newly developed Output-Output model. (3) We perform an empirical analysis using the computed values of total and final outputs through the 2007 Output-Output Table of Korea constructed by the author.
