Abstract

Anima in Lee, Cheong-jun literature is a hometown, mother, yearning and a innocence of childhood. Childlike innocence is the uncontrolled and unrepressed world. Though his literary works are also affected by oppressive institution, he wants to return to the world of the childlike innocence. 「A humanist property all one's life record」 is the work that he want to express his last wish as a writer. old man disappeared behind his own stories. He planted last flower seeds and disappeared without a trace, then nobody could find him anywhere. Like this, writer did not want him to return into that story. If writer wanted him to revive, that would become a desire and an obsession. He was in the work wanted to be disappeared as a pure storyteller who was not pushed by politics and economics. Lee, Cheong-jun had suffered from 4.19, so his works reflect the public lamentation. In cruel city, he said that this world is too outrageously harsh. The wounded bird flapped its wing for a while and flew back its nest. That place is the prison without bars. The public is exactly the same. However, his works show us not only a resentment and a rebuke toward the world but self-reflection and improvement through overcoming a difficult situation.
