崔滋의 新意와 用事에 대한 再考

초록
13세기의 詩話에서부터 꾸준히 문학의 독창성과 관련하여 新意論이 대두되었는데, 필자는 다시 崔滋의 논의에 접근하여 新意가 蹈襲이나 剽竊에 상충되며, 新意의 개념에 의미만이 아닌 언어도 포함됨을 알게 되었다. 그리고 新意의 도달은 至難하기 때문에 新意創出에 用事가 요구됨을 확인하게 되었다. 用事란 語․意 창조를 위해 꼭 필요하다고 볼 수 있는 개념으로서 新意를 목표로 창작에 영향을 미친 文章修鍊을 위시하여 故事를 원용하는 總體라 할 수 있을 것이다. 당시에도 用事의 가치가 인정되어 대다수 문인들이 讀書․文章學習의 근거와 故事 차용을 작품에서 보여주고 있다. 또한 用事가 왜곡되는 현상에 대해 경계심을 늦추지 않고 用事의 대상이 되는 텍스트와 이상적인 方法 등을 제시했다. 진정한 新意는 적절한 用事를 통해 가능하며, 用事의 존재 의의도 新意를 전제로 하기 때문에 新意와 用事는 相補的인 관계를 지닌 것으로 논의할 수 있다.
Abstract
The Yong-sa is simply not the problem of the investigation or the expression but the concept to need necessarily for the creation. It is helpful for a sentence training about the creation which does the Sin-ue to the goal. It is the all to use the old stories. The value of the Yong-sa was recognized therefore at that time. Many writers showed a basis of a sentence study and old stories borrowing in the work. There are any case which the Yong-sa to put the purpose in the creation is distorted. We must keep an eye out about it. We knew that the object of the Yong-sa presented the method with the text to become. Real Sin-ue is possible through suitable Yong-sa. The existence meaning of the Yong-sa also is on the assumption of the Sin-ue. The Sin-ue and Yong-sa are therefore to have the relation of the indivisibility. So they can be discussed equally. They are not antagonistic relationship and the relation of master and servant, too.
