Abstract
The purpose of this study was to suggest the logics of paradigm shift, the individualitism as a new paradigm of inclusive schooling, and the system of individuality education on the assumption that we need to shift paradigm of schooling from uniformism to individualitism for appropriate inclusive education. For the logics of paradigm shift, this study suggested that (1) inclusive education is for all students, and (2) inclusive education is original system of schooling. Second, to suggest the new individualitism paradigm, this study describe the principle of individualization, the epistemology of individualitism, and the learming of individualitism. Finally, this study proposed the system of individuality education suggesting the notion of individuality education, the human aspect of individuality education, the environment of individuality education, and the process of individuality education. The study suggested further research questions.
