Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of process-based writing with rubric assessments on the writing abilities and writing efficacy of children with writing disabilities. Three students identified with writing disabilities participated in the present study. The data were collected by baseline, intervention, and maintenance. The results indicated that process-based writing instruction with rubric assessments had a positive impact on participants' writing ability and writing-efficacy. The improved writing ability was partially generalized and maintained.
