가출청소년의 인권감수성 향상을 위한 인권교육 프로그램의 개발

Abstract

This study developed and carried out human rights education program for runaway youth, and brought about an effect that analyzed the degree of improvement in human rights sensitivity and sense of self-esteem. To make up for Wilcoxon Matched Pairs Signed-Ranks Test analysis, the process of program was recorded and analyzed. This subject of this study was thirteen of youth in shelter. The major results of this study is as follows: First, pre-human rights sensitivity and post-human rights sensitivity had significantly differences in the statics before and after this program. This means that human rights education program improved in a effect on human rights sensitivity. Second, the distintion of index of human right sensitivity showed that consequence perception of participants in this program was significantly improved in the statics. Third, the difference between pre-sense of self-esteem and post-sense of self-esteem showed that self-esteem of participants was improved in the statics. These results are a clear indication that ‘systematic and continuing human rights education’ must go to participants to express their opinion boldly and must go to participants to improve human rights sensitivity and sense of self-esteem. Additionally, human rights education programs must be organized for representatives, workers from the shelter for the youth, teachers, parents or local residents in order to provide the environmental human rights at the shelter for the youth.
