장애학생을 위한 학교사회복지 서비스에 대한 연구 -특수학교 내 학교사회복지 시범사업을 중심으로-

본 연구의 목적은 특수학교 내 학교사회복지시범사업의 경험을 체계적으로 분석함으로써 향후 장애학생을 위한 학교사회복지서비스 모델을 제안하는 것이다. 이를 위해 문헌조사와 시범사업 사례연구를 병행한 결과 특수학교 내 학교사회복지서비스 분석의 틀은 1) 관찰자료․사회적 발달연구․적응행동 평가․생태행동학적 사정 제공과 교실 내 행동관리 및 긍정적 행동개입 지원, 사회기술훈련 지원 등을 포함하는 개별개입, 2) 가정방문과 부모참여 지원 등을 요소로 하는 가정지원, 그리고 3) 지역사회기반 의뢰절차 개발 지원, 학교-지역사회간 의사소통 유지, 부모-교직원 간 연계강화, 전환계획 지원 등을 포함하는 학교-가정-지역사회 간 연계 등으로 도출되었고 이에 따른 시범사업의 분석결과 각 영역별 내용이 고르게 시행되고 일정의 성과도 있었음을 확인하였다. 그러나 효과적인 학교사회복지 서비스 수행에 많은 장애요소들이 있어서 이를 해소하기 위한 노력도 필요함을 지적하였다. 이상의 결과에 근거하여 향후 장애학생을 위한 학교사회복지서비스 모델을 제안하고 논의하였다.
Abstract
This study was performed to study the experience of school social work pilot project in special schools and to suggest a school social work model for the students with special needs. Literature study and the case study about the model project at special schools were taken to develop an analytical framework of school social work services for the students with special needs which contains three dimensions such as individual intervention, family support, and school-family-community liason. In the pilot project, various school social work services were performed in the all three dimensions in the analytical framework and most of the services were relatively successful. But at the same time, a lot of obstacles were found in the way of effective school social work services to be offered. Based on the above findings, the researchers suggested and argued a school social work service model for the students with special needs.
