전환기 장애청소년이 지각한 진로결정 자기효능감이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향력 분석

초록

본 연구는 전환기 장애청소년의 진로결정 자기효능감이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향력을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 대상은 목적표집법으로 선정된 부산, 울산, 경남 지역 소재 중․고등학교 특수학급과 특수학교 중·고등부 및 전공과에 재학 중인 장애청소년 138명이다. 연구 도구는 장애청소년의 진로결정 자기효능감을 측정하기 위해 Taylor와 Betz(1983)가 개발하고 이은경(2001)이 타당화한 진로결정 자기효능감 단축형 척도(Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy Scale-Short Form: CDMSE-SF)를 사용하였으며, 4개 하위요인의 총 25문항으로 구성되어 있다. 진로준비행동을 측정하기 위해서는 박완성(2003)이 개발한 진로준비행동 척도(Career Preparation Behavior Scale: CPBS)를 사용하였으며, 4개 하위요인의 총 22문항으로 구성되어 있다. 설문 조사는 2014년 12월부터 2015년 6월까지 약 7개월이 소요되었으며, 초기 160부를 배포하여 143부(회수율 86%)가 회수되었다. 이 중 분석에 부적합한 자료를 제외한 138부를 최종 분석에 사용하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 전환기 장애청소년의 CDMSE은 성별에 따라 목표선택, 미래계획에 대한 자기효능감에 차이가 있었으며, CPB는 재적학교급에 따른 취업준비활동에 차이가 있었다. 둘째, CDMSE의 하위요인과 CPB의 하위요인 간에는 목표선택과 정보수집활동 요인을 제외한 모든 요인 간에 정적상관이 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 셋째, CDMSE은 CPB에 낮게나마 영향력을 미치는 것으로 분석되었으며, 특히 직업정보수집에 대한 자기효능감은 직업체험활동, 취업준비활동, 정보수집활동에 대한 CPB에 영향력을 미치는 주요 변인인 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이상의 결과에 근거하여 전환기 장애학생의 진로교육을 위한 교육계획 입안 및 성공적인 성인기 진입을 지원하기 위한 복지서비스 방향 결정 시 유용한 정보를 제시하고 후속연구를 위해 제언하였다.

Abstract

The purpose of the present study was to analyze the influence of adolescents with disabilities' Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy(CDMSE) on career preparation behavior(CPB). Participants were 138 adolescents with disabilities from secondary school's special class or special school in Busan, Ulsan, Kyungnam. CDMSE of adolescents with disabilities was evaluated by Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy Scale-Short Form(CDMSE-SF) developed by Taylor and Betz(1983) and validated by Lee Eun Kyoung(2001). This scale consisted of 4 sub-area and total 25 questions. CPB was measured using Career Preparation Behavior Sclae(CPBS) developed by Park Wan-Sung(2003). CPBS consisted of 4 sub-area and total 22 questions. A total of 160 questionnaires were sent to adolescents and 143 were received(86%) for 7 months(from December 2014 to June 2015). Researchers identified 138 questionnaires and analyzed them. The results were as follows. Firstly, the result of CDMSE showed difference based on ‘target setting by gender' and ‘self-efficacy for future planning' and the result of CPB showed difference based on ‘employment preparation activity by school grade'. Secondly, the sub-factor of CDMSE and CPB seemed positively correlated except target setting and information gathering activity. Thirdly, data suggested that CDMSE slightly affected CPB. Especially, self-efficacy on career information gathering affected career experiencing activity, employment preparation activity, information gathering activity. Based on these results, this study provided useful information that can guide not only career education plan for students with disabilities in transition period but also welfare service for supporting successful adult life. Implications are discussed for future studies.
