본 연구는 청소년이 지각하는 부모의 부부 갈등이 학교생활 부적응에 미치는 영향에서 우울/불안의 매개효과에 대해 살펴본 후, 부모의 부부 갈등이 우울/불안을 경유하여 학교생활 부적응에 영향을 미치는 경로에서 조절하는 보호 요인을 확인하기 위해 자기효능감, 또래 지지와 교사 지지를 설정하여 이들 간의 관계를 검증해 보았다. 경상도 지역에 재학 중인 중·고등학생 294명의 자료를 분석하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0와 Macro 4.0v을 사용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 부모의 부부 갈등은 청소년의 학교생활 부적응에 정적인 영향을 미치며, 우울/불안 형성에도 직접적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 교사 지지는 부부 갈등으로 인한 우울/불안과 학교생활 부적응 간의 관계를 조절하는 중요한 요인으로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 가정 내 위험요인으로 인해 학교생활 부적응을 겪는 청소년에게 교사 지지가 보호 요인으로 작용할 수 있음을 확인하였으며, 학교 기반의 개입이 필요함을 제언하였다.
Abstract
This study examined the mediating effects of depression and anxiety in the relationship between adolescents’ perception of parental marital conflict and their school maladjustment. Furthermore, self-efficacy, peer support, and teacher support were identified as protective factors that moderate the pathway from parental conflict to school maladjustment via depression and anxiety. Data were collected from 294 middle and high school students enrolled in schools located in the Gyeongsang Province, and analyzed using SPSS 25.0 and PROCESS Macro 4.0v. The results indicated that perceived parental marital conflict had a significant positive effect on school maladjustment and also directly influenced the development of depression and anxiety in adolescents. Among the moderating variables, teacher support was found to play a significant role in buffering the effects of depression and anxiety caused by parental conflict on school maladjustment. This study highlights the potential of teacher support as a protective factor for adolescents at risk due to family-related stressors, and emphasizes the importance of school-based interventions.
