유아특수교사의 전문적 자질에 관한 자기평가 연구

본 연구는 유아특수교사의 전문적 자질 향상을 위해 유아특수교사가 스스로 자기평가를할 수 있는 ‘유아특수교사의 전문적 자질에 관한 자기평가도구’를 구성하였으며, 유아특수교사들의 전문적 자질에 관한 자기평가정도를 알아보고 배경변인에 따라 비교하였다. 본 연구에서는 선행연구를 바탕으로 유아특수교사들이 자신의 전문적 자질을 스스로 평가할 수 있는 도구를 구성하였다. 선행연구가 제시한 교사의 전문적 자질 및 자기평가 관련요소를 추출하여 도구의 평가 영역과 문항의 기초로 삼았으며, 선행연구에서 제시한 문항을요인분석하여 유아특수교사의 전문적 자질평가에 적절한 문항을 도출하였다. 자기평가도구를 유아특수교사들에게 적용해 본 결과 본 연구에 참여한 유아특수교사들은자신의 전문적 자질에 대해 대체로 긍정적인 평가를 하고 있었으며(M=3.97, SD=.39), 연구대상의 배경변인에 따라 비교해 본 결과 경력과 학력에 따라 자기평가에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study were to organize the ‘self-evaluation scale for early childhood special educatior's professional quality’, and apply this method to see the status of current self-evaluation of early childhood special educators. In this study, we organized the ‘self-evaluation scale for early childhood special educator's professional quality’ by studying past studies and conferring with professionals. The scale was organised 8 sub-areas based on connection elements of teachers' professional quality and self-evaluation in past studies. It contained 34 items about self-evaluation for early childhood special educator's professional quality by factor analysis of past study's items. The self-evaluation tendency of the early childhood special education teachers'professional quality was generally high(M=3.97, SD=.39). The self-evaluation tendency by teachers' career and level of education had significant difference.
