현재 디자인지원사업이 단기적, 가시적, 한정적지원이라는 한계점을 지녀 디자인 기업의 실질적 수요를 적절히 반영하지 못하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 의사결정방법 중 높은 평가를 받는 계층화분석기법(AHP)을 활용해 디자인지원사업의 구성요소 우선선위와 현재 현황을 비교 분석하여 디자인지원의 구성 방안을 제시한다. 연구 결과, 전체 수혜대상자들의 측면으로는 인력, 광고에 대한 다양한 지원시스템을 구축해야한다. 예비창업자 측면으로는 첫 시장과 소비자의 반응을 파악할 수 있는 마케팅지원이 확대되어야 한다. 3년 이내 창업자 측면으로는 판매와 수익에 연계되는 생산지원이 확대되어야 한다. 3년 이상 사업자 측면으로는 기업의 유지와 이미지를 홍보하기 위한 인력과 광고 지원으로 구성되어야 한다. 본 연구의 결과로 도출된 수혜대상자별 디자인지원사업 구성요소의 우선순위를 통해 앞으로 디자인지원정책 방향성 수립에 있어 유용한 자료로 활용되어지기를 기대하며 수혜대상자들의 의견과 수요를 적절하게 반영한 지원 체계의 재정비가 필요할 것으로 예상된다.
Abstract
Currently, design support projects have the limitations of short-term, tangible and limited support. There is no practical and objective data based on the demand of design companies. This study’s purpose is to propose a way to construct a design-supporting project with comparison and research on current state and the priority of components of design support project using AHP, which is the highest-rated among the decision making methods. For these all beneficiaries, various supporting systems of manpower and advertising should be established. For potential founders, marketing supports should be expanded for them to be aware of the first market trial and consumer responses. For less than 3-years founders, production supports linked to the sales and profits should be expanded. For more than 3-years founders, it should consist of personnel and advertising supports to maintain the company and promote its image. It is expected that the priority of design support project components by beneficiaries derived from the results of this study will be used as useful data in establishing direction of design supporting policies in the future. And it is expected that the reorganization of the support system is essential to reflect the opinions and demand of the beneficiaries properly.
