장애대학생과 비장애대학생의 자립생활이 진로자기효능감에 미치는 영향: 직업훈련 경험의 조절효과를 중심으로

초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 장애대학생과 비장애대학생의 자립생활과 진로자기효능감 수준을 탐색하고 동시에 자립생활이 진로자기효능감에 미치는 영향에서 직업훈련 경험의 조절효과를 살펴보는데 목적이 있었다. 연구방법: 본 연구에서는 대학교에 재학 중인 장애대학생 157명과 비장애대학생 157명, 총 314명을 대상으로 자립생활 수준과 진로자기효능감 에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료를 기반으로 직업훈련 경험의 조절효과를 살펴보기 위하여 조절회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 장애학생과 비장애학생의 자립생활 수준은 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 하위 영역에서는 대인관린, 직업기반형성, 여가활동조직에서 두 집단 간 유의미한 수준 차이가 확인되었다. 둘째, 장애학생과 비장애학생의 진로자기효능감은 유의미한 차이가 나타났으며, 하위 영역에서는 직업정보 수집, 목표 설정, 미래계획, 자기평가에서 집단 간 유의미한 수준 차이가 확인되었다. 셋째, 장애대학생의 자립생활이 진로자기효능감에 미치는 영향에서 직업훈련 경험은 유의미한 주효과와 조절효과를 가지고 있었지만, 비장애학생의 직업훈련 경험은 유의미한 주효과와 조절효과를 가지지 못하는 것으로 확인되었다. 결론: 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 향후 장애대학생의 진로자기효능감을 증진시키기 위한 일환으로 직업훈련 경험을 확대시켜줌으로써 사회참여와 삶의 질 향상을 위한 지원 방안을 모색하였다.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the level of independent living and career self-efficacy of university students with and without disabilities, as well as, the moderating effect of vocational training experience. Method: 314 university students with and without disabilities were asked to complete the questionnaire. Results: First, there was a significant difference in the level of independent living between students with and without disabilities. Second, there were significant differences between the level of career self-efficacy of students with disabilities and that of without disabilities. Finally, there were significant main effect and moderating effect of vocational training experience of university students with disabilities. In contrast, there were no significant main effect and moderating effect of vocational training experience of university students without disabilities. Conclusion: Based on these results, the direction on constructing and applying various practical vocational training programs that facilitate the level of career self-efficacy of university students with disabilities were suggested.
