장애 대학생과 비장애 대학생의 학업적 자기효능감, 사회적 지지 및 진로포부 비교

초록

본 연구는 장애 대학생과 비장애 대학생의 학업적 자기효능감, 사회적 지지와 진로포부가 차이가 있는지 그리고 장애유무에 따라 학업적 자기효능감과 사회적 지지가 진로포부에 미치는 영향이 차이가 있는지를 검증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 다음과 같은 연구문제를 설정하였다. 첫째, 장애 대학생의 학업적 자기효능감, 사회적 지지와 진로포부는 비장애 대학생과 차이가 있는가. 둘째, 학업적 자기효능감과 사회적 지지가 진로포부에 미치는 영향은 장애유무에 따라 차이가 있는가. 연구 대상은 대구 지역의 D대학에 재학 중인 장애 대학생 127명과 비장애 대학생 280명을 대상으로 하였고, 연구 도구로는 학업적 자기효능감, 사회적 지지와 진로포부 검사를 사용하였다. 분석방법으로는 t-test와 회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 장애 대학생과 비장애 대학생의 학업적 자기효능감, 사회적 지지와 진로포부는 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 학업적 자기효능감의 경우는 하위 영역 중 자신감에 있어서만 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 과제난이도 선호와 자기조절효능감에서는 차이가 없었다. 둘째, 학업적 자기효능감과 사회적 지지는 진로포부에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 장애유무에 따른 영향력의 차이는 없는 것으로 나타났다.

Abstract

The purposes of this study were 1) to investigate whether there was a significant difference between college student with and without disabilities in their academic self-efficacy, social supports and career aspirations, and 2) to examine whether there was a significant difference in the relationships of academic self-efficacy, social supports to career aspirations by disability. 127 disabled students and 280 students without disabilities conducted questionnaires to measure these three variables (i.e., academic self-efficacy, social support and career aspiration). Between group t-tests were performed to compare between college student with and without disabilities, and multiple regression analysis was conducted to investigate the relationship among academic self-efficacy, social supports and career aspirations. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: Firstly, the results showed significant difference between college student with and without disabilities in all three variables. Secondly, the multiple regression analyses revealed that career aspirations were explained by their academic self-efficacy and social supports. There was significant difference in the relationships of academic self-efficacy, social supports to career aspirations by disability, also.
