중국의 인지전 전략과 한국의 대응방안 연구

본 연구의 목적은 오늘날 권위주의 국가들이 상대방의 인지 영역을 자신의 의도와 이익에 종속시키기 위한 실행하고 있는 인지전의 현황을 분석하고 이의 대응 방안을 모색하는 것이다. 이를 위해서 인지전의 개념과 실제 작동 원리를 살펴보고, 2016년 이후 사드 배치 과정에서 발생한 중국의 대한 인지전 적용 사례를 분석하였다. 또한 중국에 대한 대만의 인지전 대응책도 고찰하였다. 연구 결과, 향후 물리적 폭력을 대체하는 비물리적 폭력인 인지전이 빈발하게 될 것이라 예상하게 되었다. 따라서 이에 대비해 한국의 정부와 시민 사회의 협력이 진행되어야 한다.
Abstract
he purpose of this study is to analyze the current situation of cognitive warfare in today's authoritarian countries in order to subordinate the cognitive domain to their own intentions and interests, and to explore countermeasures. To this end, the concept and actual working principle of cognitive warfare are examined, and the application of China's cognitive warfare to South Korea in the THAAD deployment process after 2016 is analyzed. This paper also examines Taiwan's cognitive warfare response strategy to China. The study found that the future will replace physical violence, non-physical violence cognitive warfare. Moreover, cooperation between the Korean government and civil society is needed to cope with this situation.
