건강정보에 대한 잘못된 이해로 인해 발생하는 부정적 영향의 완화를 위해 디지털 헬스 리터러시 연구는 필요하다. 본 연구는 디지털 헬스 리터러시 취약 계층인 중·고령층을 위해 건강 생활 실천을 도모하는 서비스 모형을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 첫째, 문헌조사를 통해 중·고령층 디지털 헬스 리터러시와 UTAUT2 모델을 고찰하였다. 둘째, 정량 조사를 통해 유효요인 을 분석하고, 도출된 결과 기반으로 심층 인터뷰를 통해 실제 중·고령층이 각 영향 요인에 대해 느끼고 경험하는 문제와 니즈에 대한 의미를 도출하 였다. 셋째, 이를 종합하여 서비스 모형을 제시하였다. ‘쾌락적 동기’에서는 불필요한 경쟁을 줄이는 운동 커뮤니티, 중·고령층에게 맞는 건강 콘텐츠, 이미지를 강조한 기록 공유 공간이 필요하다. ‘습관’에서는 목표 설정 및 달성에 대한 격려 공간, 유의미한 분석 결과 통한 운동 추천 그리고 건강 데이터 교환 공간이 필요하다. ‘성과 기대’에서는 개인 건강 데이터 기록 공간과 규칙적인 운동 알람이 필요하다. 본 연구는 UTAUT2 기반의 유효 요인을 정의하여 기술에 취약한 중·고령층을 위해 적용이 가능한 디지털 리 터러시 기반의 헬스 케어 서비스 모형을 제시했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
Abstract
Digital health literacy research must be conducted to mitigate the negative effects of misunderstanding health information. The objective of this study is to present a service framework that encourages the adoption of healthy living practices among middle-aged and the elderly, who are vulnerable to digital health literacy. Firstly, a literature review was conducted to examine digital health literacy and the UTAUT2 among middle-aged and the elderly. Secondly, the influencing factors were analyzed through user research, and based on the results, in-depth interviews were conducted to derive the meaning of the problems and needs that the elderly feel and experience for each influencing factor. Thirdly, the findings were synthesized and a service framework was proposed. ‘Hedonic Motive’ requires an exercise community that eliminates unnecessary competition, health contents tailored to the elderly, and a record sharing space that emphasizes images. ‘Habit’ requires encouragement for goal setting and achievement, exercise recommendations based on meaningful analysis, and health data exchange. ‘Performance Expectations’ requires a space for recording personal health data and reminders to exercise regularly. The value of this study lies in its definition of effective factors based on the UTAUT2 and the presentation of a digital literacy-based healthcare service framework that can be applied to the technologically vulnerable middle-aged and elderly people.
