정신건강 진단시스템의 사용 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 –소방관 진단회복시스템을 중심으로

최근 AI 타임스 자료에 따르면 정신건강을 인공지능 챗봇으로 지킨다고 언급하고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 개발된 ‘챗봇’은 즉시 개인의 필요를 충족시킬 수 있는 면에서 접근성이 매우 뛰어나다는 장점이 있다. 이러한 관점에서 지능형 소방관 정신건강 진단시스템 구축을 위한 Master Plan 작성 방향 제시가 현 시점에서 필요하다고 본다. 이를 위하여 본연구는 실증분석을 실시하였다. 지능형 소방관 정신건강 진단시스템 사용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 요인은 지각된 가치, IFMHDR 시스템의 성과기대, 노력기대, 정신건강 진단을 위한 5G Mobile 촉진요인으로 나타났다.
Abstract
According to the study of the AI system project, people start to use Chatbot for human mental health. Therefore, we need an empirical study for fire fighters to use an intelligent mental health system without any inconvenience after identifying factors influencing the intention to use the mental health diagnosis system. We found that perceived value, performance, effort expectancy, 5G mobile facilitator factors are important to be considered when implementing the system.
