코로나19가 발생함에 따라 비대면의 다양한 소통의 방식이 일상화되고 있다. 코로나19로 인한 비대면 산업에 대한 관심으로 교육의 변화가 일어나고 있다. 교육분야에서도 대학의 원격 강의가 진행되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 비대면 강의의 편익과 희생 특성이 지속사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해 파악해 보고자 한다. 이를 위해 비대면 학습에서 편익 특성요인, 희생 특성요인을 선정하고 가치기반수용모델을 기반으로 연구 모형을 구성하였다. 연구 모형과 가설 검증을 위해 비대면 강의를 시청하는 대학생을 대상으로 실증 조사를 진행하였다. 이를 통해 비대면 강의의 편익 특성, 희생 특성이 지각된가치에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 최종적으로 지속사용의도에 영향을 미치는지 검증하였다.
Abstract
With the outbreak of COVID-19, various Untact communication methods have become commonplace. Changes in education are taking place due to interest in Untact industries due to COVID-19. In the field of education, university distance lectures are also in progress. Therefore, this study intends to investigate the factors that affect the intention to continue using the benefits and sacrifice characteristics of Untact lectures. To this end, in Untact learning, benefit characteristic factors and sacrifice trait factors were selected, and a research model was constructed based on the value-based acceptance model. To verify the research model and hypothesis, an empirical study was conducted on college students who watched Untact lectures. Through this, it was verified whether the benefit characteristics and sacrifice characteristics of Untact lectures affect the perceived value and ultimately the intention to continue use.
