교육 플랫폼에서 블록체인 기반 디지털 배지 서비스 채택 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구

빠르게 진화하는 디지털 시대에 디지털 배지는 특히 블록체인 기반 디지털 배지를 교육 시스템에 통합하려는 교육부와 정부지원을 통해 개인의 공식 및 비공식 학습 환경을 모두 향상시키는 안전하고 공유 가능하며 검증 가능한 자격 증명을 제공한다. 본 연구에서는 안전하고 투명하며 사용자 소유의 교육 자격 증명을 제공하는 블록체인의 혁신적인 잠재력을 인식하면서 블록체인 기반 디지털 배지 서비스 채택에 영향을 미치는 요인을 연구하고자 한다. 이 연구는 기술 수용 모델(TAM), 정보 시스템 성공 모델(ISSM)을 기반으로 보안, 투명성, 불변성, 효율성, 접근성이 사용자의 디지털 배지 채택 의도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 평가한다. 구조 방정식 모델링(SEM)과 경로 분석을 통해 도출된 실증적 연구 결과에 따르면 보안성, 투명성, 불변성, 효율성, 접근성은 인지된유용성, 인지된 사용 용이성에 향상시킨다. 이 연구는 교육 자격 증명 시스템의 신뢰와 효율성을 향상시키는 데 있어 블록체인의 중요한 역할을 강조하였으나, 사용자 인식을 높이고 채택을 촉진하는 데에는 과제로 남아 있다.
Abstract
In the fast-evolving digital age, digital badges provide secure, shareable, and verifiable credentials that enhance both an individual's formal and informal learning environment, especially through the Ministry of Education and government support to integrate blockchain-based digital badges into the education system. In this study, we intend to study the factors influencing the adoption of blockchain-based digital badges services while recognizing the innovative potential of blockchain that provides secure, transparent, and user-owned educational credentials. This study evaluates how security, transparency, immutability, efficiency, and accessibility affect users' intention to adopt digital badges based on the technology acceptance model (TAM) and the information system success model (ISSM). According to the empirical research results derived through structural equation modeling (SEM) and path analysis, security, transparency, immutability, efficiency, and accessibility improve perceived usefulness and perceived usability. While this study highlighted the important role of blockchain in improving the reliability and efficiency of educational credentials systems, it remains a challenge in raising user awareness and promoting adoption.
