이 연구는 확장된 기술수용모델을 기반으로 디지털 휴먼 기반 헬스케어 서비스 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 400명의 설문을 통한 PLS 분석 결과, 상호작용성, 사회적 실재감, 개인화가 지각된 유용성과 즐거움에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤으며, 개인화는 두 요인 모두에 가장 강한 영향력을 보였다. 또한, 지각된 즐거움이 유용성보다 이용의도에 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 헬스케어 분야에서 디지털 휴먼 기술 수용 메커니즘을 규명하고 개인화된 서비스 개발을 위한 시사점을 제공한다.
Abstract
This study analyzed the factors influencing intention to use digital human-based healthcare services based on an extended technology acceptance model. PLS analysis of survey data from 400 participants revealed that interactivity, social presence, and personalization positively influenced perceived usefulness and enjoyment, with personalization showing the strongest impact on both factors. Additionally, perceived enjoyment had a greater influence on usage intention than perceived usefulness. This research identifies the acceptance mechanisms of digital human technology in healthcare and provides implications for developing personalized services.
