화법교육에서 자아 인식에 관한 실태와 교육적 시사점

본고는 중학생들의 자아 인식 실태를 통해 나타난 문제점을 분석하여 화법교육에서 자아 인식 개선을 위한 교육적 시사점을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 화법교육에서 자아 접근을 위한 범주 설정은 의사소통 주요 요소인 주체자, 담화, 타인을 중심으로 자아 인식 개선을 위한 방향으로 모색해야 한다. 이들 관계는 밀접한 관련을 가지지만 경험 대화를 통해 서로 소통하고 중요한 타인에 대한 인식을 바탕으로 관계를 개선할 수 있는 방법이 되어야 한다. 중학생을 대상으로 조하리의 창을 통해 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 시사점을 도출할 수 있다. 첫째, 경험 대화 수행을 통해 주체자의 자아를 탐색하고 인식, 확장할 수 있어야 한다. 둘째, 화법교육에서 정서 자아에 관심을 가지고 교육적으로 접근할 필요가 있다.
Abstract
This document suggests an educational method which is based on research of speech education to improve middle school students' self awareness. In the speech education, we have to find a educational method to understand their self awareness and it has to consist of main body of communication, conversation and partner. Although their relationship has a close connection, it has to be a method to improve their relationship by interacting and considering of others through conversation experience. We have to educate the students to spread their selves, aware their sleves and search for their selves following the reflective thinking 3 steps(beginning-medium-advanced). Emotion in speech education with an interest in self-education needs to be accessible
