초록

The purpose of this study is to develop a tool for measuring collaborative agency in elementary school students. Collaborative agency enables students to actively participate in and contribute to achieving shared goals in situations that require collaboration. This study defines collaborative agency as comprising intentionality, regulation, reflection, sangsaeng mindset, and negotiational positioning, and develops a tool to measure these components. The study targeted fifth- and sixth-grade students from elementary schools in Daegu, Gyeongsangbuk-do and Chungcheongnam-do. In the preliminary survey, responses from 281 students were analyzed, and in the main survey, responses from 625 students were analyzed. The results of an exploratory factor analysis confirmed that five factors were appropriate. After eliminating certain items, 24 items were selected. The results of a confirmatory factor analysis indicated that the model fit indices were acceptable, with CFI = 0.917, TLI = 0.906, and RMSEA = 0.059. The tool developed in this study is expected to contribute to the design and evaluation of educational programs that encourage collaborative agency, particularly in the context of speech education.
