This paper aims to explain that consolidation of power and Joseon Dynasty in the early part of Hongtaiji's reign(1627-1636). Afrer Nurhaci's reorganization for the central government, Four Senior Beile, Daišan, Amin, Manggūltai and Hongtaiji, were ordered to assist Nurhaci. He intended that after his death eight Beiles would rule under the next Han. In 1626, Daišan and his two sons, nominated Hongtaiji as a new Han. For this reason, Hongtaiji had to share the power of decision with other three Beiles, who were older than him. Though he hoped that he could eliminate the power of other Beiles. he was a long time in realizing his plan. In 1627, Hongtaiji dispatched Amin, Jirgalang, Ajige and Yoto to Joseon Dynasty, at that time, Amin intended to rule Josean Dynasty on his own. However, his plan was opposed by Jirgalang, Yoto and Dudu. When these Beiles separately conclude a peace treaty with the King of Joseon Dynasty, Amin was so angry, he made his Bannermen pillage the country. Joseon Dynasty had to enter into a another treaty with Later Jin. During his reign, Hongtaiji started recruiting new officials to control the government. In 1633, the relation with Joseon Dynasty was growing worse, he planed to go to war. The group of new officials insisted that it was the most important thing to take over the Ming Dynasty. This group assist to found the government at Mukden. In 1635, Hongtaiji changed the name of his people from Jurchen to Manchu. However, Joseon Dynasty did not accept Hongtaiji had become the Emperor, in 1636, he invaded the Joseon Dynasty again.
