中韩相互认知错位的现状、原因以及对未来公共外交方向的启示--基于两国调查结果的分析

本文利用2020年下半年在中韩两国进行的专家问卷调查结果，分析了当 前中国与韩国在对两国关系以及相互认知上的差异及特征。通过对认知错位出现的 原因展开分析，尝试为未来中韩公共外交合作提出新的可能性。结论如下: 当前中 国与韩国的相互认知现状在不同领域表现出不同特点，相对整体评价以及“外交安 全”，对“经济贸易”和“社会文化”领域的认知错位尤为明显。反映出两国国力 的不对称性的同时，也折射出中国与韩国在交往和认知方式上的不同，说明相互认 知错位既是当前诸多矛盾事件发生的原因，也是过去较长时间交往交流过程中存在 问题日积月累的结果。因此，未来中韩公共外交有必要做出调整并拓展新的合作方 式以推进两国关系的友好可持续发展。
Abstract
Based on the results of the expert survey conducted in the second half of 2020, this paper examines the differences and characteristics between China and South Korea in their relationship with the two countries.Through the development of the causes of cognitive dislocation, we are trying to present new possibilities for future public diplomacy cooperation between South Korea and China.Conclusion: The current state of mutual cognition between China and Korea is characterized by different fields, relative overall evaluation and diplomatic security, especially the dislocation of cognition in the fields of economy and trade and social culture.Reflecting the asymmetry of the two countries national power and the difference between China and South Korea in their ways of communication and cognition, it shows that mutual misalignment is the cause of many conflicts and problems in the past. Therefore, public diplomacy between China and South Korea in the future needs to adjust and expand new ways of cooperation to promote friendly and sustainable relations.
