미래 인재상의 관점에서 소프트 스킬의 요인분석 및 회귀모형 구안

이 연구는 활용 분야와 전문가들의 관점에 따라 다양하게 활용되고 있는 소프트스킬 관련 변인들을 분류하고 요인을 압축하기 위해 추진되었으며, 소프트 스킬과 하드 스킬의 개념 고찰과 변인의 추출, 검사도구의 개발, 요인의 압축과 회귀모형의 구안을 주 내용으로 설정하여 연구를 추진하였다. 문헌 고찰과 토론의 과정을 통해 최종적으로 79개 소프트 스킬 변인을 분류한 후 검사 도구를 개발하여 자료를 수집한 다음 요인 분석을 실시하여 14개의 요인으로 압축하였다. 또한 14개 문항을 이용하여 측정한 결과를 가지고 79개 문항으로 측정한 결과를 예측할 수 있는 회귀모형을 제시하였는데, 이 모형은 약 92%의 예측력이 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 소프트 스킬을 활용하는 분야와 관점이 다른 전문가들이 제시하는 다양한 표현의 스킬들을 압축하고 체계화하는 작업은 미래 인재를 양성하고자 하는 교육 분야에 기여가 클 것으로 전망된다. 8개의 다중지능을 제시하였던 가드너가 2016년 1월에 9번째 지능으로 ‘교수지능’을 제안하였다. 그러므로 ‘교수지능’을 측정할 수 있는 도구개발 연구가 향후 추진될 필요가 있으며, 미래 사회에는 생존 및 생활 기술이 점점 더 강조될 것으로 전망됨에 따라 이에 대한 도구개발 연구도 추진될 필요가 있을 것으로 보인다.
Abstract
This study was performed to classify the variables related soft skills and to reduce the factor. And the main contents of this study were composed of the concept review of soft skills, the extraction of related variables, scaling for measurement, deduction of factors, and designing the regression model. Also, IBM SPSS Statistics program was used in the data analysis with reliability, factor analysis, multiple regression, and etc. The results of this study were as follow. The 79 variables related soft skills were classified, the 79 items were scaled for collecting the data. Finally, 14 factors were deducted from 79 scales and a regression model was developed by these. And it’s R squared was about 92%. Not only soft skills but also survival skills, life skills and the teaching-pedagogical intelligence need to be studied in advancing future.
