본 연구는 특성화고등학교 청소년을 대상으로 가족건강성이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향과 진로탄력성, 진로적응성의 매개효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 연구의 대상은 대구, 경북의 특성화고등학교에 재학 중인 청소년 350명으로, 이들 중 불성실 응답자 32명을 제외한 318명의 자료가 분석에 사용되었다. 자료처리는 SPSS 25.0, AMOS 23.0을 활용하였다. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 특성화고등학교 청소년의 가족건강성은 진로탄력성과 진로준비행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 특성화고등학교 청소년의 진로탄력성과 진로준비행동의 관계는 긍정적으로 영향을 미치고, 가족건강성과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 유의미한 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 특성화고등학교 청소년의 가족건강성은 진로적응성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 넷째, 특성화고등학교 청소년의 진로적응성은 진로준비행동에 유의미한 정적 영향을 미치고, 가족건강성과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 유의미한 매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
This study aims to verify the impact of family strength on career preparation behavior and the mediating effects of career resilience and career adaptability among adolescents in vocational high schools. To this end, a survey was conducted on 350 adolescents enrolled in specialized high schools in Daegu and Gyeongsangbuk-do, and 318 survey data were used for analysis, excluding 32 respondents who did not respond in good faith. The analysis results derived from this study are as follows. First, it was found that the family strength of adolescents in vocational high schools had a significant, positive impact on career resilience and career preparation behaviour. Second, it was found that the career resilience of adolescents in vocational high schools had a significant impact on career preparation behaviour and played a significant mediating role in the relationship between family strength and career preparation behaviour. Third, it was found that the family strength of adolescents in vocational high schools had a significant, positive impact on career adaptability. Fourth, the career adaptability of adolescents in vocational high schools has a significant, positive impact on career preparation behaviour, and plays a significant mediating role in the relationship between family strength and career preparation behaviour
