본 연구는 위기청소년의 가족건강성이 진로태도성숙에 미치는 영향을 밝히고, 위기청소년의 진로태도성숙에 영향을 미치는 관련 변인들을 개별 분석하여 봄으로써 위기청소년의 진로지도를 위한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 대전 청소년상담지원센터에 위기청소년으로 의뢰되어 청소년동반자 프로그램에 참여하고 있는 51명을 대상으로 가족건강성과 진로태도성숙에 대하여 설문 조사 분석 및 사례 분석을 하였다. 연구결과 위기청소년의 가족건강성은 그들의 진로태도성숙에 영향을 미치고 있었다. 즉 진로태도성숙 상위집단의 가족건강성이 진로태도성숙 하위집단의 가족건강성 보다 높게 나타났다. 그러나 심층적인 사례분석 결과 현실적으로 위기청소년의 가족문제에 대한 직접적인 개입이 이루어질 수 없는 경우, 청소년동반자를 통한 진로상담·교육장면에서 개인적 차원의 개입으로도 그들이 자신의 진로를 계획하고 선택하는 과정에서 성숙한 태도를 보일 수 있는 가능성이 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to identify effects of family strengths of at risk youths have on their Career Attitude Maturity and to provide basic information for career guidance for at risk youths by individually analyzing variables that influence career maturity attitude of at risk youths. The subjects of this study were 51 youths determined to be at risk youths participating in the Youth Companion Program at the Daejeon Metropolitan City Youth Counseling and Support Center, and with these youths as the subjects of study, data pertaining to family strengths, Career Attitude Maturity were collected and a survey and cast analysis was conducted. The result family strengths of at risk youths effects have on their Career Attitude Maturity. However, actually research proves that if problem of family, environmental medium of at risk youths, can not interference, in the career counseling and educational setting, they can show a mature attitude when they decide their direction in the process of planning and selecting their career path.
