This study examined the changes of students’ giving and receiving peerfeedback in a student writing club occurring for about a year. Thirteenstudents who specialized in English Education participated in this study. To determine the ways of the students’ evolving practices andperceptions about peer feedback, two surveys were given to theparticipants: One was administered after the fall of 2011 and the otherafter the spring of 2012. The findings indicated that the student writing clubhelped the participants to develop conducting peer feedback, implying that itcontributed to improve their writing ability. In other words, theydeveloped what and how to evaluate a piece of writing and becameaware of how to apply evaluation outcomes to their own writing.
