오래전부터 사회전반에서 漢字敎育에 대한 관심은 지속적으로 고조되어 왔고, 현실생활에서의 필요성에 대한 인식은 높아지고 있다. 이에 반해 공교육에서의 漢文敎育의 위상은 날이 갈수록 위축되고 있다. 2007년 敎育課程이 개정되는 시점에서도 제6차 교육과정에서 중학교 한문이 선택과목으로 된데 이어 제7차 교육과정에서는 고등학교에서도 선택과목으로 편성되었던 것에서 바뀌지 못한 채 재량활동 교과로 남게 되었다. 이렇게 열악한 위상 속에서도 사회의 다양한 요구에 부응해야하는 상황들에서 한문교육을 담당하는 대학들은 어떻게 변화하여야 하는가? 여타 학회들과 변별이 되는 가장 큰 에너지원인 학교 현장의 교사들을 구성원으로 하는 본 학회는 대학과 중등학교 현장과 어떠한 연계성을 가지고 발전적인 교육상황을 만들어가야 하는가? 하는 문제를 구체적으로 강구해야 할 때이다.
Abstract
The whole society has been throwing the spotlight on the education of Chinese character constantly from many years ago, and understanding the necessity for real life has been increased. But a dignity of the education of Chinese writing has been decreased in public education by the day. Even, at the point of time for the reorganization of education course in 2007, Chinese writing of middle school became an optional course in the sixth education course, and it also had to be left as an optional course without change in the seventh education course. In this inferior atmosphere and circumstances that have to meet various requirements of society, how do universities, which take charge of the education of Chinese writing, have to change? How do our institutes, which consists of field teachers of school which is the biggest factor of energy and also is different from other institutes, have to make the connection between the university field and the high school field, and make the circumstances of developmental education? These are the questions that are strongly required in the concrete.
