한국어교육실습 교과목 운영 사례 분석 연구: 사이버대학 교과목 운영 사례를 중심으로

이 논문은 사이버대학에서 운영되고 있는 한국어교육실습 교과목의 운영 실태를보고한 것으로 교육실습 교과목 운영의 질적 향상을 꾀하기 위한 토대 마련을 위한 정보 제공의 목적을 갖는다. 한국어교육실습은 한국어교원 양성 교육과정에서교원의 수업 구성과 운영 능력을 갖추는 데 중요한 역할을 하는 교과목으로서 이론적인 학습과 함께 현장 기반의 실습이 필수적으로 요구되는 특징을 갖는다. 이러한 배경으로 한국어교원 양성의 질적 제고 관련한 이전 논의에서 꾸준히 교육실습의 질적 강화를 위한 방안 마련의 필요성이 강조되어 왔다. 그러나 교육실습의 질적 강화는 이 교과목의 구체적인 운영 체제에 관한 논의가 필요한 것이므로현장에서 교육실습이 어떻게 운영되는지에 관한 검토가 우선적으로 이루어져야한다. 그럼에도 불구하고 한국어교육실습 교과목 운영에 관한 구체적인 논의가충분히 이루어지지 않고 있다. 이에 이 논문에서는 한국어교원 양성 교육과정을운영하는 한 사이버대학의 한국어교육실습 운영 현황을 파악하여 그 내용을 바탕으로 현재 교육 현장에서 이루어지고 있는 한국어교육실습의 운영상의 문제점을분석하고 이에 관한 개선 방향을 모색해 본다. 이러한 사례 보고는 한국어교육실습 운영의 구체적인 지침 개정에 필요한 실제적인 정보를 제공하는 데 기여할 수있을 것이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to offer precise practical information which isneeded to increase the quality of the curriculum of the Practicum ofKorean as a Foreign Language Education. For this purpose, the learningand teaching process of the Practicum of KFL which was held at one cyberuniversity has been analyzed in detail. The Practicum of KFL in cyberuniversity has used the blended learning method which is combined withweb-based learning method for getting informations and face-to facelearning method for practice teaching skills, and the students who took thePracticum of KFL are various from in-service KFL teachers to noexperiencedstudents. In addition of them, large–scale teaching practiceactivities have to be chosen due to the rules for operation of cyberuniversity which is established by the ministry of education of Korea sothere are obvious differences on the course management skills from offlineuniversity cause it has large-scale course. For the results, this paper revealssome problems to be improved : 1) Practicum for KFL operation guidelinehas to be reformed, 2) The scale of Practicum course has to be limited, 3)For completing Practicum for KFL, in class teaching practices are required.
