The most basic things, contradiction, guilt, feeling of loneliness, problems of all sorts such as anxiety,death, suicide, finally show that week humans must be dependent on superstition to relieve mentalanguish. When superstition connects religion, people can get easily into it. Not only religion but analysisof characters of three works-Leehaejo “Gumageom”, Lushin “Medicine”, Natsume Soseki “Sound of theghost”indicate that people live depending on superstition and this trend is not only reflection of the agebut also proof of our lives in the today and the future. Dependence on superstition is problems of humaninstinct to relieve anxiety and anguish caused by inner immaturity of human beings.
