Oishinbo appeared what is the meaning of making the best food in the world. This can be analyzed in the relationship which are nationalism and Monojukuri Seisin. Summary follows up. At first, the great Monojukuri Seisin in Japan did not simply begin from modern, but it has been made by interrelationship between tradition and modern. The traditional culture of Japan teaches and develops the ambiguous modern culture and it result in the best taste in the world, which is what we call the expression of Nationalism. In other word, confrontation between YAMAOKA SIROU and UMEHARA YUZAN is not for the separation, but for integration, has made the best taste in the world. The second, making the best japan goods is created throughout this process consisting of the confrontation and harmony between traditional and modern value. The third, what is called Japan is the best is reconfirming it is based on the excellence of Japan culture. This is the reconfirmation of modern Japan Nationalism.
