The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between university language education and the preferences of businesspeople among the various employment support programs operated by university in the low employment rate of university graduates. As a result of the questionnaire survey, it was found that English language qualification and English conversation were the main focuses on recruitment of new job hunting in the university. Chinese and Japanese were higher than 2.5 respectively, but they did not reach to English. As a result, the importance of English is once again emphasized in the field of employment. This study is expected to provide basic data for the improvement of the employment rate and the development of the employment support program.
Abstract
