취업을 위한 전공 일본어교육에 대한 제언

Abstract

The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the needs of Japanese language education through a survey of corporate people and graduates and current students of the Department of Japanese Language and Literature at “S” University, and to suggest a Japanese language education plan for employment based on the results of the survey. What was revealed in the survey of the three groups was that the need for Japanese language skills for practical communication was the most common. It was also pointed out that, as a suggestion for the education of the Department of Japanese Language and Literature at “S” University, it was necessary to educate the communication ability appropriate to the situation and to improve the curriculum. I think that strengthening Japanese language education related to business communication is the most important for Japanese language education in the Department of Japanese Language and Literature at “S” University. Also, I think it is necessary to proceed in the direction of strengthening practical communication education through the establishment of business practical courses, enhancement of the contents of the relevant classes, and the redesign of the curriculum of the department. In this study, using the case of the Department of Japanese Language and Literature at “S” University, a Japanese language education plan to improve the employment rate was suggested, but other universities may refer to the result of this paper as well.
