일본어 동사의 문법적 오용분석을 통한 일본어 교육에의 활용방안

Abstract

This study is to identify the patterns and causes of the grammatical misuse of Japanese by collecting and analyzing examples. In particular, the examples are limited to the potential and frequent grammatical misuse of verbs, which form the center of sentence structure. Incorrect grammar can be caused by many factors, and it can also vary by part of speech. For example, confusion often occurs with whether to use the ministry form of an automatic verb or a transitive verb, and with whether to use an active verb or a passive verb, or even with how to translate the aspect "-eossda" in Korean into Japanese. It is often interpreted as "-Teita" instead of "-Ta", and this is only one example of various errors arising from usage differences, such as aspect and tension, between the two languages. Also, the tense in Japanese and Korean are used in different ways to refer to time and events, which is another source of numerous errors. In sum, the grammatical errors can be classified into five types depending on the patterns and causes of misuse. In addition, more natural and accurate expressions are presented side by side, along with a potential methodology that can make use of these samples to teach students grammar more effectively. Their proposed use in Japanese language education is as follows. ① First, explain the cause of errors that was analyzed in this study so that it can be understood and acquired as an example sentence, by presenting them in an actual, everyday situation than simply asking them to memorize. ② Second, based on the lecture notes, give a test to determine whether the students have absorbed the grammar. ③ Third, give two types of writing assignments and help them improve their Japanese with a feedback: one is given with specific words and situations so that students can have a solid grasp fo grammar; the other is a free topic assignment where students can apply and modify grammar to various situations. ④ Lastly, the analysis of errors in this article can serve as a benchmark against which students can check their assignments and practice repeatedly.
