관광지와 관광단지 도입시설 개선 방안에 관한연구

본 연구는 관광(단)지 도입시설의 다양화를 위하여 기존 법의 개선방안을 구체적으로 도출하며, 개정된 법률이 목적에 맞게 정착화 되고, 법률적 기반을 갖기 위한 법령 개정(안)을 제시하고자 하였다. 관광형태의 다양화는 관광시장 변화를 담을 수 있는 다양한 시설이 요구되며 관광산업 복융합 확산은 전통 관광산업과 접목된 새로운 관광시설이 요구되고 있다. 관광시장의 변화를 담을 수 있는 기존법률의 개선을 통해 관광단지의 활성화를 기대할 수 있으며, 관광단지내에 숙박시설 뿐 아니라 의료시설, 교육시설 등 복합레저관광단지 도입으로 시너지 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to establish the revised act that will be fit for the purpose and to suggest the revised plans in order to acquire legal bases as well as to draw the improved plan of existing system in order to diversify introduction facilities in the tourist site and tourist complex. Currently, because the introduction facilities in the tourist attraction is suggested by the positive system and its basis is not definite about the introduction facilities impossible, various events have arisen. In addition, the tourist space has been changed as the complex tourist space following the change of tourist market, tourist industry, target, force, open method. Actually, the development events of complex introducing Residence, education, medical facilities etc. has increased and the attraction of public investments as well as the activating of falling areas is promoted through them. This study is selectively to introduce the facilities which is highly related to tourist function in order to introduce new facilities and to draw the efficiently improved plans under basic system of fundamental acts. The activating of tourist complex by the efficient improvement of existing legal system is to be induced through them and the synergy creation by introduction of new facilities of residence, medication, education etc. highly related to tourist function is expected.
