The new older people now can develop their potentials through volunteering in local community for the creative social participation's sake and also build up attitude toward communally shared valuable life and seek the possibility of acquiring new career. Namely, volunteering life of new older people can be regarded as positively creative cultural movement where we can enlarge social activity of talent sharing into economic activity of producing and make an effort to design a desirable old age life. With body reviving activity which builds voluntary network in the community and creates communicative relations, old age people provide opportunity of not only simple livelyhood type jobs but also realistically practicing opportunity where individual development needs can be met through years old experience and intuition and social integration of old people and pursuing humanely quality life will be provided. In other words, it can be seen as a case where we realize the value of social capital that builds up consistent system through creative social participation that fulfills sharing of pursuit of happiness.
