초록
The results of study on the meaning of a dance experience process and experiential function in the dance recognition process are as follow:・Dance is an artistic state of individual's mind expressed by dancing which is one's self-expression technique. It also creates an artistic state of mind for other people facing the dance. ・The outside world faced by dance is not a conceptual understanding through knowledge, but direct meeting with it as an experience. ・Dance experience is a reflective act looking into oneself by illuminating back the observation and attention toward the external subjects. ・Dance, as a result, is an image which mind has created. The outside world exposed by the image is a manifestation of our nature in the end. This is a path where dance as one's self-expression technique becomes the one as emotional(mind) cultivation. ・If the essence of dance is subjectivity, its essential nature is an action. Moreover, as dance might be a result of the action with the environment, the meaning and the value of dance is completed in relation to the environment. ・As dance is very close to the world of virtue rather than to the world outlined by knowledge, the value of dance lies in a virtue; and the virtue appears as a volitionally reproduced form. ・Dance in the knowledge world is the one in the culture which is a vast accumulation of changed humans and environments where they have experienced and been affected by the world of imagination historically. ・The recognition of dance is humans' self-understanding and thinking over the value of their lives.
