발레영재교육제도 도입을 위한 방안 연구

Abstract

The Gifted and Talented Academy in Arts is planned to be established by the government by 2007. For the establishment of the efficient educational system for the gifted and talented in dance, this study investigates the appropriate structure and management of the system. Through the investigation and analysis of various literatures, this study suggests as follow : First, the whole educational system must be well organized so that it cooperates and mutually beneficial with the present arts educational institutes such as arts middle schools and arts high schools in korea. Second, the educational system must match with current Grade system. Third, the educational system must be strongly supported by the government. Fourth, the teachers for the gifted and talented students of dance must be well equipped with advanced teaching techniques on both how to provide students with opportunities to exercise their own creativity and to provide global-standard dance technique.
