Abstract

In the era of transformation, universities are required to shift from survival- driven competition toward becoming communities of shared responsibility and cooperation. In particular, university dance education needs to be transformed from a traditional curriculum to a sustainable education for future generations. In this context, global collaboration can be a key driver of innovation in university dance education. To move beyond declarative discourse and explore practically applicable strategies, this study examined the international exchange programs of Kookmin University. By applying the CIPP model, the study conducted an analy- sis of the program’s contextual background, resource inputs, implementation pro- cesses, and outcomes. The findings provide practical insights into how university dance education can proactively respond to a changing educational environment and offer actionable strategies for global cooperation and sustainable educational innovation.
