하지만 타액 Cortisol(p<.001), Testosterone(p<.001), T/C비율(p<.01)은 비경쟁 시 보다 경쟁 시에 유의하게 더 높았다.

Abstract

The purpose of this investigation was to study the effects of competitive Ssireum on competitive anxiety(CSAI-2), salivary cortisol, testosterone, This study items investigated on Twelve male(age: 20.90±1.51, height: 182.00±6.71, weight : 106.59±20.49) collegiate ssireum competitors. Their mean period of practicing this sport was 9.70±1.98 years. These athletes trained three times(6.17±1.09 hour) per day. The CSAI-2 and saliva sample was taken 15 minutes prior, immediately after, 20 minutes after to the competition. Time matched baseline samples were collected on a different day to account for circadian variation. Results are expressed as mean±standard error. Repeated measure ANOVA analyses were used in the statistical computations using SPSS Win. Ver. 14.0 program for each item reponses. Salivary cortisol(p<.001), testosterone(p<.001), T/C ratio(p<.01) were higher in competition compared to non-competition but CSAI-2 was not significant different. This results reason might was to be adapted competition situation. This study subject was twelve ssireum players. For the future study may research investigate in more subjects and a different design for more understand to psychophysiological stress during ssireum competition.
