본 연구의 목적은 태권도 시범단 지도자의 변혁적 리더십과 지도자의 신뢰, 운동지속 간에 관계를 검증하는 것이다. 연구대상은 20-27세의 태권도 시범단 선수이다. 조사도구는 변혁적 리더십 및지도자의 신뢰, 운동지속에 대한 질문지가 사용되었다. 자료처리는 SPSS 22.0 사용하여 탐색적 요인분석, 상관관계, 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과에서 태권도 시범단 지도자의 변혁적 리더십은지도자 신뢰와 운동지속에 유의한 영향을 미쳤고 지도자 신뢰는 운동지속에 유의한 영향을 미치는것을 나타났다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to verify the relationship between the transformational leadership of the Taekwondo demonstration team leader, the trust of the leader, and the continuation of the movement. The subject of study was a Taekwondo pilot from 20-27 years old. the study method used questionnaire about transformational leadership, leadership trust, and movement continuity. for data processing, exploratory factor analysis, correlation, and multiple regression analysis were performed using SPSS 22.0. In the results of the study, it was shown that the transformational leadership of the Taekwondo demonstration team leader had a significant effect on the leader's trust and exercise persistence, and the leader's confidence had a significant effect on the movement persistence.
