Abstract
This study analyzed the functional motion test (FMS) and lower extremity imbalance according to the martial arts training of air force cadets. The study participants analyzed the functional motion test (FMS) and more body imbalance of 185 male students taking martial arts classes at the Air Force Academy in the first semester of 20323 and the results of the study results are as follows. As a result of FMS measurement, induction, and kendo showed a significant difference in Rotary Stability and left and right imbalances were severe in Shoulder Mobility (Taekwondo, p=0.11; kendo, p=0.34) and Active Straight Leg Raise (Taekwondo, p=0.18; kendo, p=0.33). In addition, as a result of measuring the leg length, there was a statistically significant difference in structural leg length (Judo, p=0.001; Taekwondo, p=0.12; Kendo, p=0.15). The results of this study can be used as basic data for measuring physical imbalance and preventing injury through FMS for air force cadets, and are expected to be used to increase the physical training and G-test acceptance rate of cadets.
