본 연구의 목적은 10명의 사범대 4학년 학생들과 3개월간 수업 실연 활동을 수행하여 음악 교사들의수업 역량을 강화하기 위한 교육 프로그램 개발이다. 전 과정은 4주씩 나누어 1단계씩 구성하여 크게 3 단계로 수행하였다. 1단계에서 참가자들은 45분 분량 수업 실연을 하였고 2단계부터 마이크로티칭(miscro-teaching)을 하며 연구자의 평에 따라 수업을 수정하고 녹화물을 보며 자기 평가와 동료평가를시행하여 토의한 후 재수업을 몇 번 반복 하였다. 특히 3번째 단계에서 짝과 소통하며 수업을 정교하게수정하였다. 이와 함꼐 1딘계와 2단계 후 교육개발실 연구원이 마이크로티칭을 녹화하여 참가자들에게컨설팅을 하였다. 수업실연 녹화는 수업행동분석실 장비를 사용하여 녹화하고 CTL에 올려 참가자들이자유롭게 반복하여 보며 자기 평가를 하였다. 이 연구 후 실시한 설문을 통해 참가자들은 수업에 대한자신감, 지도안 작성 방법, 수업 경영 능력, 태도 등에 대한 역량이 개발되었다고 서술하였다. 더불어상대방과 토의·토론하며 소통하는 능력과 합의하는 방법 등도 학습하였다고 서술하였다.
Abstract
This research explored methods to enhance teaching competency in Music Education by conducting teaching demonstrations for 3 months with 10 seniors in the College of Education. The process was divided into 3 main stages, with each stage consisting 4 weeks of study. The first stage seniors gave regular 45 minute lecture demonstrations, while the second stage seniors modified and repeated their lecture demonstrations, through micro-teaching, by watching the recordings of their lecture and eventually peer assessing and self evaluating these lectures, and re-teaching the class. In particular, the third stage seniors were assigned partners who attended the lecture demonstrations, and received direct feedback; they modified their lectures from the feedbacks. Eventually, after the 1st and 2nd steps, the Education Development Center researcher consulted with the participants after recording the micro-teaching. The seniors repeatedly watched their class demonstrations, recorded by class-action lab equipment, uploaded on CTL and self evaluated their lectures. The survey conducted after the experiment revealed that students who participated in this experiment felt more confident in their classes, class-management skills, planning creative teaching methods, mannerisms, etc. Furthermore, students mentioned improvements in debate-discussion to enhance communication skills and in compromising with other's arguments.
