Abstract

This study examined closely whether employment stress exerts effect that is some on course showdown. When dance major persons who have ahead an employment decide course, persons make model that can grasp experiencing employment stress. And It intends to put forward political preliminary data for decreasing employment stress. The survey is executed for the students who specialize in dancing at the four universities in metropolitan area. And the data process of the research samples from 300 all grade students. Finally available copies are used analysis except copies with omitted items. And the data process of the research got statistical analysis using statistics program SAS 9.1. Significance level was fixed below 0.05, and analyzed by using one-way ANOVA, T-test, Post-Hoc test(SCHFEEF), multiple regression Analysis. dance major student's employment stress depend on private personality. Among stress on getting a job, the academic stress varied due to economic status, academic achievement and contentment and personality stress varied due to education level, economic status and contentment. School environment stress varied due to academic achievement, peer relations and contentment. Family environment stress varied due to economic status.
