Abstract

The local culture and arts professional training project plays a pivotal role in enhancing the expertise in the local culture and arts field and fostering the growth of the local cultural industry. This project aims to unearth cultural and artistic professionals from various fields and elevate their expertise. This study was carried out to analyze the current status of local culture and arts professional training proj- ects, and based on this, to devise strategies to boost the effectiveness of project operations. Initially, this study examined various factors such as the project name, educational content, and teaching methods in each region, based on the current status of cultural and arts professional training projects conducted in diverse regions. Through this analysis, the local culture and arts professional training project is expected to serve as a catalyst in enhancing awareness of local culture and arts. Additionally, we proposed future business operation plans based on the issues and improvements discovered during business operations. Through this, we proposed a sustainable model for cultivating local culture and arts professionals by improving the business operation method, refining the partic- ipant selection process, and diversifying the training content. Through this study, we identified the current state and effectiveness of local culture and arts pro- fessional training projects, and based on this, suggested ways to enhance project operations. These re- sults will contribute to the growth and advancement of the local cultural industry, and the local culture and arts professional training project will become a significant driving force for the development of the local cultural industry. This is expected to ultimately play a crucial role in enriching the cultural wealth and diversity of the community. We hope that the insights and proposed measures gained through this study will serve as a reference for the future operation of the local culture and arts pro- fessional training project and assist in promoting the continued growth of the local cultural industry.
