학교예술강사의 초등학교 국악수업에 관한 연구 : 경기도 학교예술강사의 교과수업을 중심으로

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to suggest future directions by grasping the opinions of elementary school Korean traditional music classes of arts instructors in Gyeonggido schools, focusing on educational field opinions. o this end, first, it focuses on the type of culture and arts education project of the KACES(Korea Arts and Culture Education Service) and the current status of the school arts instructor support project. Second, based on the school's arts instructor support project, we operate a Korean traditional music class centered on subject classes. Third, from the standpoint of the partner teacher of A Elementary School in Gyeonggido, who ran the Korean traditional music class, we will identify whether learners' competencies are cultivated and cases of learners' reactions in school life. As a result, the Korean traditional music class of the school arts instructors improved the learner's confidence and appreciation ability, creativity and convergence, communication, community, and self-management ability, and self-directed learning appeared. On the other hand, cooperative teachers hoped to increase Korean traditional music classes by school arts instructors in the future due to limited learning activities and lack of Korean traditional music class time due to lack of space at school sites. Based on these results, we proposed future directions from a policy perspective. Through this study, Korean traditional music expert classes in school education can expect positive learning effects from learners, and furthermore, we found the sustainability of the school's arts instructor support project.
