본 연구는 블록체인 산업 전망 인식도에 영향을 주는 변인을 정부 정책 및 지원의 필요도를 중심으로 파악하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 2023년 블록체인산업실태조사 자료를 분석하였고, 대상이 된 기업체 수는 총 410이었다. 본 자료의 분석은 SPSS PC+ Win. Ver. 24 프로그램을 사용하였고 빈도분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상관분석 결과 모든 정부 정책 및 지원의 필요도와 관련된 변인은 정적인 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 다중회귀분석 결과 블록체인이 주 사업인 기업체의 경우 기술개발/도입 자금지원, 세제감면 지원, 블록체인 교육 지원이 블록체인 산업 전망 인식도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 타 사업이 주 사업인 기업체의 경우 블록체인 기본법 마련, 시장 정보 제공, 기술 지원, 세제감면 지원, 국민·수요자 인식 개선이 블록체인 산업 전망 인식도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 향후 연구를 위한 제언을 하였고 정책적 방안도 밝혔다. 향후 연구에서는 기업 특성별로 세분화된 정부 지원 방안의 효과성을 심층적으로 분석할 필요가 있다.
Abstract
This study was conducted to examine the influence of government policies and support on the perception of the blockchain industry's prospects. To achieve this, data from the 2023 Blockchain Industry Survey were analyzed, with a total of 410 companies included in the study. The analysis was performed using SPSS PC+ Win. Ver. 24, and frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted. The research findings are as follows. First, the correlation analysis results indicated that all variables related to the necessity of government policies and support showed a positive correlation. Second, the multiple regression analysis revealed that, for companies whose primary business is blockchain, factors such as financial support for technology development/adoption, tax reduction support, and blockchain education support significantly influenced their perception of the industry's prospects. Third, for companies whose primary business is not blockchain, factors such as the establishment of a basic blockchain law, market information provision, technical support, tax reduction support, and improvements in public and consumer awareness significantly influenced their perception of the blockchain industry's prospects. Based on these findings, recommendations for future research were proposed, along with policy implications. Future research should conduct an in-depth analysis of the effectiveness of government support measures tailored to different business characteristics.
