방사선 전공 대학생의 스트레스, 의사소통능력, 학업자기효능감의 차이 분석

본 연구는 스트레스, 의사소통능력, 학업자기효능감에 대하여 조사함으로써 방사선전공 대학생에 미치는 연관성을 파악하여 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 조사대상은 방사선학과가 개설되어 있는 대학의 대학생으로 총 162명의 데이터를 조사하였다. 자료는 SPSS Ver.28.0을 이용하여 분석하였고, 통계기법으로 빈도분석, 독립표본T검정, 일원배치분산분석, 상관관계 분석을 실시하였다. 학년에 따라 전체 학업자기효능감과 하위요인인 자기조절효능감, 연령에 따라 스트레스의 하위요인인 효능감감소, 전체 학업자기효능감과 하위요인인 자기조절효능감, 학습시간에 따라 스트레스의 하위요인인 효능감 감소, 전체 학업자기효능감과 하위요인인 자기조절효능감, 전체 의사소통능력과 하위요인인 의사소통능력, 자기제시능력이 유의하게 나타났다. 또한, 연관성에 대한 요인을 알아보기 위한 상관관계에서는 스트레스, 의사소통능력, 학업자기효능감 모두에서 유의하게 나타났다. 연구결과, 방사선전공 대학생에서 스트레스, 학업자기효능간, 의사소통능력을 개선할 수 있는 성별, 학년, 연령, 학습시간을 고려한 교육방법과 환경을 제공할 필요성이 있다고 판단되며, 스트레스와 의사소통능력, 학업자기효능감 간의 연관성을 바탕으로 방사선전공 대학생에게 맞춤형 프로그램 제공과 적절한 시스템을 개발할 필요성이 있다고 제언한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to provide basic data by identifying the relationship on college students majoring in radiation by investigating stress, communication ability, and academic self-efficacy. A total of 162 data were surveyed as university students at the university where the Department of Radiology is established. Data were analyzed using SPSS Ver.28.0, and frequency analysis, independent sample T test, one-way variance analysis, and correlation analysis were performed by statistical techniques. The overall academic self-efficacy and self-regulation efficacy, a sub-factor of stress, were significant according to grade, and the overall academic self-regulation efficacy and self-regulation efficacy, a sub-factor of stress, were significant according to age. Depending on the learning time, the reduction in efficacy, which is a sub-factor of stress, the overall academic self-efficacy and self-regulation efficacy, the overall communication ability and the sub-factor communication ability, and the self-presentation ability were significant. In addition, the correlation to find out the factors of association was significant in all of stress, communication ability, and academic self-efficacy. the results of this study, it is judged that there is a need to provide an educational method and environment that considers gender, grade, age, and learning time to improve stress, academic self-efficacy, and communication ability in college students majoring in radiation.
