간호대학생의 자아존중감, 의사소통능력, 임상수행능력과 임상실습 스트레스와의 관계

본 연구는 간호대학생의 의사소통능력, 임상수행능력, 임상실습 스트레스의 관계를 파악하여 임상실습 스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 시도되었다. G시에 있는 4년제 2개의 간호대학에 다니는 3학년을 대상으로 하여 2016년 5월부터 한 달간 조사하여 308부의 설문지가 분석에 사용되었으며 빈도, t-test, ANOVA, 피어슨 상관계수를 SPSS WIN 20.0을 통해 분석하였다. 연구대상자의 대상자의 자아존중감과 의사소통능력은 유의한 양의 상관관계(r=.238, p<.001), 의사소통능력과 임상수행능력은 유의한 양의 상관관계(r=.258, p<.001), 임상수행능력과 임상실습 스트레스는 음의 상관관계(r=-.211 p<.001)가 있었다. 회귀분석 결과 의사소통능력((β=-.398, p<.001)와 임상수행능력(β=-.074, p<.01)은 임상실습 스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 확인되었다. 모형의 설명력은 30.5%로 나타났다. 따라서 간호대학생의 임상실습 스트레스를 감소시키기 위해서 의사소통능력과 임상수행능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 프로그램 개발이 이루어져야 한다.
Abstract
The Purpose of this study was to investigate communication skill, clinical competency, clinical practice stress, and to identify the influencing factors on clinical stress of nursing students. The data was collected using questionnaires from 308 nursing students who were 3rd years in 2 nursing universities in Gwangju, May 2016. Data ware analyzed by frequencies, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation using SPSS Win 20.0. There was a significant positive correlation between self-esteem and communication skill, communication skill and clinical competency and negative correlation were found between clinical competency and clinical practice stress. As a regression analysis, factors that have an effect on clinical practice stress were communication skill and clinical competency. Theses factors explain 30.5% of the variance in clinical practice stress. Therefore, to increase communication skill, clinical competence and to decrease stress of clinical practice of nursing students, it is necessary to develop the program for improving the lower stress of clinical practice of nursing students.
